What you'll learn over the next 16 weeks:
Do you struggle with a lack self confidence?
Do you find yourself backing away from situations due to nerves and anxiety?
Have you ever sat in your car for 20 minutes outside the gym before, building up the courage to go inside?
If you want to turn from shy and self conscious into strong and confident...
Then spare 5 minutes to read through this page, it could change your life.
If you want to go to the gym.
But you don’t know what to do once you’re there...
Or you’re scared people are going to look.
You think they'll laugh at you or judge what you're doing.
Nobody wants to feel like and idiot, I get it.
What would you say if I told you that to become super self confident...
All you have to do is train for less than 60 minutes?
I’ve just been through it myself.
And I’ve helped hundreds of other men and women just like you.
You’re probably looking at me and thinking you could never lift weights like that.
You probably think getting super strong is impossible!
You might not understand how getting strong will help your confidence?
Let me tell you a quick story…
Just a few short years ago I was at University in Brighton studying Psychology.
I didn’t want to be there and I wasn’t passionate about psychology at all.
You see I’ve always been a people pleaser…
I was extremely academic while I was in school and I thought I would be letting my parents down if I didn’t go to university.
I was so unhappy there, I cried alone in my room basically everyday but I was trying to stick it out because I had an internal fear of letting people down.
But then I had one of the worst days of my life and it changed my outlook forever...
I’d just finished a long shift at a leisure centre where I was cleaning up after kids parties and unblocking shitty toilets.
Could a day get much worse than that?
I finished work and headed to my car so I could drive home.
I turned the corner and I felt like I got punched in the stomach!
Where was my car??
After bursting into tears...
I called the police only to find out my car had been towed away.
Somehow had been burnt to the ground.
That day I learned a very important lesson that I have carried with me ever since.
What’s the point in living if you’re not doing something you’re passionate about?
What am I passionate about?
Helping people.
So I became a nurse in the mental health field.

When I started Uni I was trampolining a few times a week but I kept getting niggles and injuries.
I loved sport growing up but always avoided more 'male dominated' sports, that I actually probably would have been good at!
I always wanted to play rugby but was scared what people would think or say about me so I never went.
Like most of you reading this, I hated the way I looked.
No matter what I ate or how much I exercised.
The reflection in the mirror would always find a way to upset me.
One day my boyfriend dragged me to the gym with him and introduced me to IAWA.
The International All-Round Weightlifting Association.
Basically this is just lifting random stuff in different random ways and seeing who is best.
It’s as close to strongman as you’ll get without actually doing strongman!
It looks a bit silly but I fell in love with the idea of being strong.
One day British Strongwoman Icon, Jenny Todd held a seminar with 3x World’s Strongest Woman Donna Moore.
My arm was killing from holding it up all day because I just had so many questions!
I started coaching with Jenny that day.
And fast-forward a couple of years she convinced me to start coaching.
This decision completely changed the rest of my life.
They say if you wait until you’re ready to make a big jump then you’ll never do it.
So I quit my job A LOT sooner than I ever anticipated and became a full time coach.

I love being a coach so much.
I get to help people change their lives everyday.
My clients are always telling about the amazing transformations they’ve made in and out of the gym and this makes me so happy.
But I had a feeling inside that I could still help more people.
I knew that if I started to take on more 1-1 clients then my service would suffer.
I was so scared that if I took on more clients then my current ones would get mad and leave me.
This is what lead me to create the...
This is why I made the Power Up Project.
I left my job as a nurse because I couldn't help people and have the impact I wanted.
So I created this 16 week plan that I've designed to help anybody across the world.
If you're into fitness but not sure where to start when you go to the gym, this is for you.
If you already lift weights and are looking for a new training programme to follow, this is for you.
If you've never been inside a gym before and the thought of it alone terrifies you, we have #1 thing you need to go inside with confidence.
If you've tried lots of crash/ fad diets and struggle with body image, this programme will teach you how love what your body can do and to eat to fuel your body.
You're probably thinking that because you've never been to the gym before then you won't know what to do?
Well every exercise on each day is written with a detailed instruction on how to carry them out and demonstation videos so you can see how it's done.
At it's core it's a 16 week strength and conditioning programme.
But I didn't call my business Holistic Strength Coaching just to focus on strength...
What separate's the Power Up Project from other strength programmes?
We prioritise mental health just as much as physical health.
We use evidence based mental wellbeing strategies.
That are proven to improve your everyday quality of life in just a few weeks of practice.
The first 8 weeks in the gym during the Power Up Project focusses on building a base of strength.
The following 8 weeks then focus on extracting the strength you've just built.
You'll peak the squat, deadlift and overhead up to weights you can't even dream of right now.
I've always had a passion for helping people but the structure of the NHS didn't allow me to make the impact I wanted.
So I started Hollistic Strength Coaching to help people make a meaningful change in their lives everyday.
Now I've started the Power Up Project because I want to help hundreds and thousands of people change their lives too.
If you change your mind and decide being physically and mentally strong isn't something you want, you can change your mind in the first 30 days and I'll give you 100% of the money back no questions asked.
